A commercial pilot certificate allows you to fly an aircraft for hire to include carrying cargo or passengers. This certificate is required if you intend to turn aviation into a career.

  • 50 hours of cross country
  • 100 pilot in command
  • 10 hours of complex or technologically advanced aircraft training
  • 50 hours in airplanes
  • Allows one to fly for compensation or hire. This also opens opportunities for co-pilot seats on a professional level.
